Parishioners are advised that a special collection on Sunday, 06 September 2026 will be dedicated to the Diocesan Children's Ministry. Your generous support of this important Diocesan ministry will be greatly appreciated
BISHOP'S FUNDRAISING GOLF DAY
The Anglican Diocese of Pretoria will host the Bishop's Fundraising Golf Day on Friday, 18 September 2026, at Centurion Country Club, with registration from 9:00 a.m. The Cathedral intends to participate by entering one or more four-ball teams. Parishioners who are interested in representing the Cathedral are invited to register their interest with Mr Keba Matlhako or the Cathedral Office as soon as possible. All golfers are encouraged to support this Diocesan fundraising initiative

A.W.F ANNIVERSARY FUNDRAISING
The A.W.F will be celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the A.W.F Province and the 59th Anniversary of the Diocese of Pretoria. As part of fundraising for these anniversary celebrations, the A.W.F will be selling raffle tickets throughout August 2026 and until the end of November 2026 at R60.00 each. Parishioners are encouraged to support the A.W.F by purchasing raffle tickets. Further information regarding the raffle and prizes is available from the A.W.F.
BAPTISM CLASSES
Registration for the next round of baptism classes is currently open. Registration will close on Sunday, 20 September 2026 at 23h45, with classes commencing on Sunday, 27 September 2026. The following link may be used to access the registration form:
REGULATION ON COMMUNION
Parishioners are reminded that communion in two kinds has been made
available for those who wish to share in the common cup. As has always been the case, persons who wish
may continue to choose to receive communion in one kind only. Intinction (by placing the host into the blood
by either the minister or the communicant) is not permitted for health reasons. The person’s hand touching
the contents of the cup or the clerics touching the communicant’s mouth is unhygienic.
LECTIONARIES
Kindly note that lectionaries for 2026 are now available. They may be purchased from the
office for R 45.00 or from the Churchwardens after the Sunday services.
WELCOMING SESSION FOR NEW PARISH MEMBERS
All members who joined our parish from 2025 to the present are warmly invited to attend a Welcoming Session on Sunday, 12 April, after the 09:30 church service. This session is intended to officially welcome you and introduce you to the various guilds and ministries of our Church. Kindly register your name and surname on the back of the church notice board or contact one of the Churchwardens. This will assist with planning and logistics for the session
SUNDAY SCHOOL
There is a need for vigilance in safety and security on the church premises. Parents
are kindly asked to sit with their children after the communion/blessing as teachers return to their pews in
the church and there is no adult supervision when the children are playing outside. Thank you for your
continued support.
PARKING
Parishioners who wish to make donations towards the payment of the monthly parking structure are encouraged to do so.
